What Is the 60-Day Exchange Policy?
Within 60 days of your purchase date, you can exchange any Thrive Causemetics or Bigger Than Beauty product for a different shade, formula, or item of equal value, even if you've used it!
We stand behind every product we make. If a color isn't quite right or a formula isn't the fit you hoped for, we'd rather help you find something you'll reach for every day. You can speak to one of our Beauty Advisors if you’re looking for a new color to exchange!
How Do I Start an Exchange?
Exchanging your product is simple! Start a return here → https://returns.thrivecausemetics.com/#/. You'll be taken to our Returns and Exchanges portal, where we'll process your request:
- Enter your order number (starting with “THR”) and your shipping zip code.
- Select which product you are looking to exchange
- Select the color you would like to exchange for
- Print out the pre-paid shipping label.
- Attach the shipping label to your package and drop it in the mail.
What If I Missed the 60-Day Window?
If you're outside the 60-day window, please still reach out to us. While we can't guarantee an exchange past the policy window, our team will do their best to find a solution that works for you.
We review every request individually and always aim to make things right.

Yes! We accept used products for returns and exchanges
Can I exchange for a different product entirely?
Yes, you can exchange your product for a different product entirely (i.e. exchanging the Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara for the Infinity Waterproof Eyeliner). Plesae see article: Can I exchange products for a different item? for more information on how to exchange.
Do I need to send the original product back? What if I do not have the box anymore?
Yes, you will need to send back the original product you would like to exchange for. The box is not required!
I received a product as a gift. Can I still exchange it?
Yes! While we can exchange gifts for you, we do need to know the gift giver’s order number or email address. Reach out to our team with any details about the purchase, and we'll do our best to help!
