Returning or exchanging your product is simple! Start by CLICKING HERE. You'll be taken to our Returns and Exchanges portal, where we'll process your request.
If it's within 60 days of your order, we'll process your return or exchange in three simple steps:
- Enter your order number (starting with “THR”) and your shipping zip code.
- Print out the pre-paid shipping label.
- Attach the shipping label to your package and drop it in the mail.
Can't find your order number?
Not to worry! There are a few ways to locate your order number:
- It's on your email order confirmation. We always include your order number that starts with the letters “THR” in the email order confirmation we send to you after completing your purchase.
- It's in your Thrive Causemetics account. Your order history is conveniently stored in your online account. Simply SIGN IN to retrieve it. If you don't have an account, CLICK HERE and create one using the same email you used to place your order.
- It's on your packing slip. The box your order arrived in contained a packing slip listing all of your purchased items. If you still have it, you'll find your order number at the top of the page.
What do I need to include in my return package?
You don't need to include the order invoice/packing slip with your return. The return label has all the information we need.
You do not need to use the original shipping box.
Just print and attach the pre-paid shipping label to your packaged return and drop it in the mail.
What kind of packaging can I use to send it back?
You can reuse the same padded envelope or box your order was shipped in. If you've already ditched the box, no problem. Just put your return in a bubble mailing envelope, print and attach the pre-paid mailing label, and drop your return in the mail.
