Yes! You can now exchange your item for a new product on our website
Start by initiating your return in our Returns Portal. For instructions on how to return or exchange, please click here
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange:
2. Select a reason for "Why are you returning this item?":
Proceed to click on "Continue with return":
3. You will be shown how much credit you are able to use to try a new product. To choose an entirely new product, click ‘Shop Now with $...’:
4. It will take you back to our website. Find the item you wish to exchange it for (for example, we’re choosing the Infinity Waterproof Eyeliner since we are returning the EmpowerMatte Precision Lipstick Crayon). Once you’ve selected the product and shade you want, click ‘Add To Bag’:
5. It will take you to view your shopping cart. Click "Checkout":
6. It will take you back to the return portal where it will let you review your exchange. Click "Submit Return":
