What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of your purchase. We believe that you should be able to try your makeup to see if you love it! If you're unsatisfied, please follow the instructions below, and we will do our best to make you happy.
Do you take everything back?
Our returns portal accepts all returns and exchanges (except final-sale items) within our 60-day window, even if the product is used (you have to try it, right?). If you're having a challenge, we would love the opportunity to make it right. Click on the chat icon at the bottom right of your screen, type "Agent", and hit return. We'll connect you with an amazing live helper!
How can I process a return or exchange?
Returning or exchanging your product is simple! Start by CLICKING HERE. You'll be taken to our Returns and Exchanges portal, where we'll process your request.
Just follow these three simple steps:
- Enter your order number (starting with “THR”) and your shipping zip code.
- Print out the pre-paid shipping label.
- Attach the shipping label to your package and drop it in the mail.
Can't find your order number?
Not to worry! There are a few ways to locate your order number:
- It's on your email order confirmation. We always include your order number that starts with the letters “THR” in the email order confirmation we send to you after completing your purchase.
- It's in your Thrive Causemetics account. Your order history is conveniently stored in your online account. Simply SIGN IN to retrieve it. If you don't have an account, CLICK HERE and create one using the same email you used to place your order.
- It's on your packing slip. The box your order arrived in contained a packing slip listing all of your purchased items. If you still have it, you'll find your order number at the top of the page.
What do I need to include in my return package?
- You do not have to send the invoice/packing slip with your return. The return label will have all the information we need.
- You do not need to use the original shipping box.
- Just print and attach the pre-paid shipping label to your packaged return and drop it in the mail.
What kind of packaging can I use to send it back?
You can reuse the same padded envelope or box your order was shipped in. If you've already ditched the box, no problem. Just put your return in a bubble mailing envelope, print and attach the pre-paid mailing label, and drop your return in the mail.
Can I combine two different orders in one return package?
Yes! However, A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL FOR EACH ORDER MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURN. Attach one of the shipping labels to the box or envelope you're using to mail the products back, and include the other shipping label(s) in the package itself.
Does the shipping label expire?
Yes. You have 30 days to mail your product(s) back before the shipping label expires. You will not be able to use the shipping label after 30 days.
What if I don't have a printer to print my shipping label?

Can I exchange my product for a different item?
No. We only accept exchanges for another shade/color of the same product or for a replacement of the same product.
If you want to return your product and get a different one, we recommend selecting' Store Credit' as your payment return method. Once you return the product you do not want, you'll receive an eGift Card via email that you can use to purchase something else on our website.
When will I receive my refund?
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return and process your refund. Depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle, the credit should appear on your next statement.
For refunds in the form of store credit, you will receive an email with an electronic gift card code.
If you paid with Amazon Pay or PayPal, we recommend that you check your account to confirm receipt of your refund. If you're growing concerned about the status of your refund, please contact us. We're happy to check on the status for you!
