If you don't have access to a printer to print out the pre-paid return shipping label, please try our QR code option below to return your package!
When submitting a return or exchange through our Return Portal on our website, you now have the option to access a QR code as opposed to printing a label.
What is a QR Code?
A QR code is a machine-generated code presented as a square image that the USPS can scan. They can use this code to generate and print the shipping label for you!
To use the QR code option, complete your return or exchange through the Return Portal. During the process you'll be given two options for how you want to ship your return with USPS. Select ‘Display a QR Code.’
The QR Code will then be displayed in the square labeled “USPS Label Broker ID.” You'll also be able to access other features such as finding an eligible USPS location.
TIP! We recommend taking a screenshot of the QR code on your phone as a backup!
You'll find the QR Code in the confirmation email sent to you. Simply click the turquoise button in the email that says “View your return”.
When you arrive at your local United States Post Office location, show the postal clerk the QR Code on your mobile device. They will scan the code right off your phone, print the mailing label, and send your return on its way.
The QR code isn’t working for me. How else can I return my order?
Print the return shipping label, package the product(s) you want to return, apply the shipping label to your return, and drop it off at your local USPS. If you don't have a printer, you can typically find one at your local public library, FedEx, Staples, or other office-supply retail stores.
