We completely understand that sometimes you can place an order and immediately realize you used the wrong card or payment method. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to the payment method once an order has been placed.
Why Can't My Payment Method Be Changed?
For your security, payment information is processed and locked immediately at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, our system has already initiated the transaction and begun fulfillment. This means we have no ability to swap, update, or redirect the payment to a different method.
What If I Want to Cancel My Order Instead?
If you placed an order with the wrong payment method and would prefer to cancel and reorder, please be aware that we can only attempt cancellations within 5 minutes of placing your order β and even then, it is not guaranteed.
