If your tracking number says your order has been delivered to your front porch and/or in your mailbox, but it is nowhere to be found, we kindly ask that you wait 3 business days before contacting our team.
We give it a few more days because USPS may mark a package as delivered when it is not physically there yet. We want to give them enough time during this busy season to still be able to deliver your order. Often, we have found that USPS will still be able to deliver your package to you even after your tracking number is marked as delivered.
