If your tracking number says your order has been delivered to your front porch and/or in your mailbox but it is nowhere to be found, we kindly ask that you wait an additional 3-business days before reaching out to our team. The reason we give it a few more days is because USPS may mark a package as delivered when it is not physically there yet. We want to give them enough time during this busy season to still be able to deliver your order. Often times, we have found that USPS will be able to still deliver your package to you even after your tracking number is marked as delivered.
