All products on thrivecausemetics.com are offered as one-time purchases, but some of them can be purchased as a recurring subscription. This article is pertaining to customers with an active or inactive subscription.
This article will address the following:
How to login to your account
- You can login to your account by clicking on the person icon
in the top right hand corner of our website. Or you can click THIS link.
- Once you get to the login page, you'll see the 'Manage subscriptions' link under the turquoise 'Sign In' button:
- You can log in by entering the email address attached to your subscription and selecting the 'Send login code (sends SMS and email)' button. A 4-digit authentication code is sent to your email (and by text message if you have a valid phone number on your account). This code is valid for four minutes. If the code is not confirmed within that time frame, you must send a new login code.
- Once logged in, you'll be successfully redirected to your customer portal.
How to make changes to your subscription
Editing address or payment information:
- While on the main page of your subscription, you'll be viewing your next order. You can edit the address on that main page, as seen in the below photo. OR you can make edits to your address and payment by clicking on the 'Address & payment details' button on the far right.
For address changes specifically, when you click the 'Edit address' link, as shown by the arrow in the image above, you are given the option to edit the address only for this subscription or for all subscriptions under your account.
- After selecting 'edit payment method', you'll need to click the 'Send edit payment link' button in the pop-up window. You'll follow the link emailed to you to make your changes.
*** Please note, all payment changes to your subscription can only be made by you, the customer. Our team is unable to edit payment information.
Skipping or Rescheduling a shipment:
There are a few different ways to make changes to your future delivery schedule.
Something to note is that choosing to reschedule your shipment will you allow you to choose a different processing date. Once you've updated the date, the following recurring shipments for that item will automatically update to reflect the chosen frequency rate.
- For example, let's say your subscription was originally set to ship on September 3 and it ships to you once per month. If you push the ship date back by 1 week your order will be shipping on September 10. The following orders will be shipped out on October 10, November 10, December 10 and so on...
In order to make the change, you can follow one of two ways...
- If you need to edit your next subscription shipment, you can easily do so on the main page of your subscription by selecting either the 'Reschedule' or 'Skip' button.
- Another option is by selecting 'View upcoming orders'. You'll be able to see a list of upcoming orders and have the ability to hit the 'Edit' or 'Skip' buttons.

Swapping the product or shade you'd like to receive:
If you decide that you want to try a different product or shade but don't want to cancel your subscription - no problem! Swapping your recurring product for a different product or shade is very easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Click the 'Manage subscriptions' button of the right of your account.
- Choose the subscription you'd like to make edits to.
- You'll be directed to a page that allows you to make several different changes to that particular subscribed item. Scroll down to the drop down menu labeled 'Shade' (as shown in the below image) and choose the shade you'd like to swap to. If you're interested in swapping the product and not the shade, skip to the next step.
- Scroll down until you see 'Swap this for a different product' and select the link. From here you'll be able to select and search other products that are available to subscribe to.
Adjusting the frequency of how often you'd like to receive your subscription:
Are you receiving products too often or not often enough? No sweat! It's easy to adjust the frequency of your subscription. Simply follow these steps:
- While in your account, 'Manage subscriptions' on the right which will show you a complete list of all of your active subscriptions.
- Once within this section you'll click on 'Manage this subscription' for a second time, but directly under the subscription you'd like to make changes to. (see imagine below)
- You'll be met with the following page that allows you to change your shipment date, shade of product (if applicable), frequency rate, quantity, as well as the ability to swap products and cancel the subscription. View the image below to see where you can edit frequency rate.
- You can edit the quantity (amount of products sent) and choose between how often to receive them (Delivery every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months).

Cancelling or pausing your subscription:
You can cancel your subscription at anytime and with just a few clicks within your account! There is even an option to pause your subscription which we'll walk you through after showing you how to cancel it.
- Follow the Login instructions shown at the top of this article. Make sure that you're logging in to manage your account!
- Select the 'Manage subscriptions' button on the right hand side of the page.
- You'll be shown all of your subscriptions. Click on the subscription you'd like to make changes to.
- From here, scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Cancel subscription'.
- Once you've clicked 'Cancel subscription' you'll be met with the option to Pause your subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months. If you'd like to use this feature, select the amount of months you'd like to pause for and click the 'Pause Subscription' button. Once the selected months have passed by on pause, your subscription will start back up.
- If you'd like to cancel instead of pausing, click the 'Cancel Subscription' button, select your reason for cancelling and click 'Cancel subscription'.
