How can I apply my discount code?

Your discount code may need to have specific requirements in your cart in order for the discount to be applied to your total. Please check to make sure:
- Our welcome discount is exclusively for first-time customers only. You must be a new customer making your first order with Thrive Causemetics!
- Your cart needs a minimum total of $50+ or more for the welcome discount to apply.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Discounts may not apply to subscriptions and/or sets
I forgot to add the discount code! What can I do?
Darn! We hate it when that happens! Don’t worry, we'd be happy to apply your discount code for you! Please contact us down below with the following information for a quicker process:
- Your order number
- The discount code you received
- What the code was intended to do
Where is my gift with purchase? I don't see it on my order.
For all of our promotions for free gifts with purchase, we have a discount code that needs to be applied as well as a minimum purchase value for the gift to be added to your order. If the gift was not added, you either didn't meet the minimum purchase value or you didn't apply the discount code at checkout. We recommend checking your email from us or the website to see what those requirements are.
