If you've checked your rewards account and don't see a recent referral, we recommend checking with your friend that they ordered $50+. In order for the referral points to be added to your account, they must spend $50+ on their first order. If they didn't spend this limit, the points will not be reflected on your account.
If you know your friend spent more than $50 and it was their first order, definitely reach out to us so that we can resolve this for you. Please include the email address on file for your account as well as the email address for the friend you referred.
