- Log into your Thrive account (If you're having trouble logging in, check out our article here.)
- Once on your account page, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' on the left side of the page.
- From there you can click on the 'Change Frequency' option
- An option will appear and you will be able to change the frequency from 1-4 months
- Click 'Update' to complete this
*Please note that changing the frequency will not change your next subscription date. Your next scheduled shipment will go out on the same date. All future orders will ship with the new frequency.
**If you need to adjust your subscription for any other interval, feel free to reach out to our Customer Experience team and we'd be happy to help! We're available to help 7am-7pm PST Monday - Sunday.
