If you'd like to set up a new subscription for a different product that ships separately, you are able to complete that on your end when placing a new order with us. If you want to add an item to your existing subscription and have it ship with other items, you will have to contact our support team for help with that. Please contact us with the email address you have on file with us, along with the new product(s)/shade(s) you'd like added.
