We do not store card information unless you have a recurring subscription with us. If you are only placing one-time orders with us, you can use a new form of payment with each order.
If you do have a recurring subscription and want to update your card information, follow these steps:
- Sign into your account (if you haven't activated your account yet, see below for further instructions) by clicking on the person icon at the top of the website
- Click on Manage Subscription on your account page
- Click on the Manage drop-down menu on the following page, and you can select to View/Update Card
- You can enter your new card information.
If you can't access your account, you'll need to register your account and set up a password first.
- Click on the person icon at the top of the page to go to the account page
- Click on the turquoise Sign up for an account option towards the bottom of the page
- Fill in the necessary information to complete the activation process
- From here you'll be able to manage your subscription and view the information on your account
