We do not store card information unless you have a recurring subscription with us. If you are only placing one-time orders with us, you can use a new form of payment with each order.
If you do have a recurring subscription and want to update your card information, follow these steps:
- Log into your account
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select the Manage drop-down menu
- Click on View/Update Card
You will be able to change the card on file for future orders. If you could still use some support on this issue, we're happy to help.
