Please note, it can take up to 14 business days for your return package to be received and your refund processed. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
For refunds in the form of store credit, you will receive an email with an electronic gift card code. If you paid with Amazon Pay or PayPal, we recommend checking that account to see if your refund has been posted there yet. If you still don't see your refund, kindly send us a chat or email and we'd be happy to check things out for you. We will need to know your order number and the item(s) you've returned.
