Can I still change, edit, or cancel my order?
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders may already be in progress minutes after placing the order. This leaves us little to no time to modify or cancel orders. But it doesn't hurt to try! We recommend contacting us via our live channels - chat, text, and phones. Please have your order number ready so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
My order is going to the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
We can certainly try to get that changed for your right away if your order is not already in progress as mentioned above. Please reach out to us on one of our contact channels and have your order number ready so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
*We also recommend contacting your local post office to see if they're able to reroute your package. This may be the fastest way to receive your package.
