For all of our gifts with purchase, we have a discount code that needs to be applied as well as a minimum purchase value for the gift to be added to your order. If the gift was not added you either didn't meet the minimum purchase value or you didn't apply the discount code at checkout. We recommend checking your email from us or the website to see what those requirements are.
