We accept returns and exchanges on new and gently used products within 60 days of purchase - we believe that you should be able to try your makeup to see if you love it! And if for whatever reason you don’t, please follow the instructions below and we will do our best to make you happy. Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
To initiate a return or exchange, please click here to visit our Returns + Exchanges portal - all you'll need is your Order Number and the Shipping Zip Code.
For returns, we offer the option to refund back to your original method of payment minus a $5 return processing fee or you can choose to have your refund in the form of store credit and receive a complete product refund.
We will process one exchange per product. If the replacement doesn't work out for you, please return the product and we will issue a refund minus the $5 return processing fee. Your funds will be refunded to the original payment method for your convenience. If you want a full refund, choose the store credit option and you'll be emailed an electronic gift card upon receipt of your returned item(s).
If you're looking to exchange your product(s), we will need proof of the returned products before sending out the replacement item. We will be able to verify that your return is in progress once you visit our Returns + Exchanges website to initiate the process. Once the item is scanned by USPS your exchange will be on the way.
*If you've purchased a set, we will need the complete set back for return or exchange. No partial refunds or exchanges will be processed.
