We definitely want to make sure you have a product that works for you! If you feel a different shade in the same product would work for you, we recommend initiating an exchange through our website. You can do so here. We offer free exchanges for the same product in a different shade and would love for you to try a new shade that may suit you better. If you feel a new product would be better, we offer returns with the option of store credit so that you can get your full money back and place a new order on our website for something else.
We will process one exchange per product. If the replacement doesn't work out for you, please return the product and we will issue a refund minus the $5 return processing fee. Your funds will be refunded to the original payment method for your convenience.
